That’s why we offer a Fresh Flowers Guarantee: we guarantee that our blooms will remain fresh for at least 5 days from the date of delivery, provided they are cared for in accordance with our care instructions. If you feel your flowers have not remained fresh within this window despite proper care, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We may request a photo or additional information to help us evaluate the concern.
Refund & Replacement Options
If your flowers arrive damaged or fail to meet our freshness guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement bouquet, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once eligibility is confirmed. For replacements, we will arrange for a new bouquet to be dispatched to you at the earliest available opportunity. Please note that we are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for issues reported beyond our 5-day freshness window, except as required by consumer law.
